We have the status of a large entrepreneur within the meaning of Article 4c of the Act of 8 March 2013 on Combating Excessive Delays in Trade Transactions (Dz.U. Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data

However, if, when writing an email to us, you decide to provide us with data that we cannot use with reference to our legitimate interest, we deem that by sending the query you consent to their use for the above-mentioned purpose. Therefore, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is consent (Article 6 section 1 letter a of GDPR). You can withdraw such consent at any time, without any adverse consequences. Your data shall be stored for a period of time necessary to provide response to your query or to undertake other actions in relation with the message received from you, but not longer than 1 year.<\/p>\n

[Journal of Laws] of 2023, item 240) Monitoring of traffic and assurance of proper operation of Websites<\/strong> \u2013 We use your personal data, including IP address, information about the operating system, type of browser and end device, browsed Website resources (identified with URLs), as well as other information about your activity on our Website, including information registered and stored with cookies. We use such data in order to:
